Steph has been working in the elder care industry for about 15 years now, starting out as an activity assistant at a local assisted living community, and then moving on to her local Area Agency on Aging for nearly a decade. There she focused on educating community members, especially caregivers, through marketing, planning, and communication. In March of 2023, her dad was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer’s– with that and feeling the need to explore her calling as a death doula – she took a leap of faith and started her own marketing business with a goal to be able to allow flexibility to help support her dad (and mom) and start diving into deathcare. www.popbees.buzz | [email protected] |
